What you’ll be doing...
Our customers have high expectations for our provisioning and tasking platforms - speed, responsiveness and constant availability. That’s where you come in. You will guide team members to design and implement optimal solutions to complex problems and meet critical business needs. Your optimization and performance skills will help network operations and service fulfillment teams to deliver wholesale services on dates promised.
Designing software solutions for telecom service fulfillment process automation, tasking operations users, and order tracking.
Architecting IT solutions using AWS infrastructure.
Managing a team of software developers to deliver software enhancements and bug fixes.
Collaborating with network operations and service fulfillment users to understand requirements for software development.
Monitoring key metrics and system heath and quickly identifying and resolving problems.
Defining requirements, design and set-up of new environments to demonstrate proof of concept.
Understanding of domain driven design paradigm.
Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology for software development.
Provide program updates to senior leadership.

People count on you to have strong domain experience in telecom services, digital delivery methods, and all aspects of production.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
Experience with requirements gathering and business process flow definition using BPM notation.
Experience with automating business process flows using Bonita or RHPAM.
Experience with service integration using Oracle Service Bus or CAMEL.
Three or more years of experience with Telecom services like Wave, E-Line, Private IP, Internet, and CES.
Three or more years of experience with DevOps tool chain like Jira, Jenkins, Gitlab, Ansible, and SonarQube.
Two or more years of experience with AWS, Spring Boot, NodeJS and Micro Services Architecture.
Two or more years of experience with Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Tableau.
Service integration using Apigee.
Micro Service development using Golang.
