We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product/Program Development & Management to join our team in Irving, TX.
Develops business plans and product roadmaps while managing progress to milestones, and refining benefits assumptions as necessary. Interfaces with leadership, engineering, manufacturing, operations, 3rd party partners, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product lines(s). Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing and go to market strategies.
Manage program operations and product development, including the definition of the business plan, vision, roadmap, and customer experience.
Facilitate dialogue with a broad group of cross-functional teams with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence decisions.
Decisively drive and deliver new product development in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and update the business case to support ongoing and future product investment.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical and operational constraints and encourage creative and progressive solutions to maximize business benefit.
Actively seek, survey, and document customer input for product development, improvement and drive implementation of enhancements.
Contribute to the suggested feature set of the product platform by staying abreast of market changes, evolving models, stakeholder dynamics, and pharmacy trends.
Help drive go-to-market planning to ensure successful product adoption and engagement.
Partner with Sales and Marketing Communications to develop marketing plans that support customer engagement and the launch of product extensions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer, vendor, and partner relationships.
Oversee billing, invoicing, expense/budget tracking, and support operations.
Define success metrics and report on performance, sales, customer utilization, and customer satisfaction.
A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience within program or product development and management with strong business development skills.
Experience in new product development from ideation through implementation and maintenance with a strong project management foundation.
Demonstrated success at defining, launching, and managing new programs and products.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to link program design and features to strategic objectives and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
Experience in creating product briefings and presenting to executive leadership.
Proficient at managing multiple projects with tight and often competing deadlines.
Previous vendor management, negotiation, and partnership building experience.

Ability to drive a long-term strategy based on competition, market dynamics, and emerging technologies
Ability to facilitate dialogue and work cross-functionally with multiple teams (finance, sales, marketing, senior executives, and strategy)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, project management and analytical tools
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications skills
Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to take on different roles and duties as required
4-year Undergraduate College Degree or equivalent experience
Typical office environment
Flexibility to travel as needed, up to 25%
