We are seeking a Manager, Generics Program RNA (Retail National Accounts) in Irving, Texas.
The Program Manager will be responsible for understanding and managing the generics program for large national and medium chain retail customers. The Program Manager will serve as a functional expert in retail national and medium chain direct to store and warehousing space in operations, administration, analytics, and generic compliance management. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams to enhance processes in order to track, analyze, and communicate program and formulary changes and optimize customer experience with excellence in communication and execution.
Understand and communicate (written and/or verbal) subject matter expertise on generic products, programs & pricing
Develop customer facing presentations to support our RNA field sales team to expand McKesson's footprint with Retail National Account customers
Manage the compilation, analysis, and reporting of data to forecast trends and support management of all aspects of the program, applying mathematical models and statistical techniques, to support Retail National and Medium Chain customer growth and program functionality
Analyze customer purchasing trends to provide key insights to internal team that can generate opportunities and mitigate risks within the segment
Utilize Excel to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, and economic forecasting
Identify gaps and work closely with cross functional teams to implement process improvements
Build customer strategy aligned with PSaS strategy based on acquiring insightful knowledge of RNA customers and their business models
Build and strengthen cross functional relationships with internal partners to ensure best in class service to Retail National and Medium Chain customers

2+ years of management experience
3+ years of operations, inventory management, distribution or sourcing experience
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Demonstrated ability to influence individuals and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced decision-making environment
Strong analytical capabilities. Excel spreadsheet skills and spreadsheet analysis techniques
Strong communication skills especially in the area of verbal/written communication with customers
Ability to think logically and analytically, problem-solve, build consensus, and lead initiatives
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in business required
