Provides deep system and functional expertise, while administering technology solutions for targeted customer segments.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads a Financial Information System Team in managing the day-to-day activities in support of team goals for a targeted segment.
Creates and maintains FIN business process setup data which includes business process definitions, steps, condition rules, notifications, checklists, and to dos.
Views business process events and monitor business process accuracy based on defined requirements and designed definitions.
Serves as Level 3 support for escalated business process configuration inquiries, testing and special projects that require deep technical expertise.
Proactively partners with departments and central business to identify operational issues, analyze data, and suggest ways to leverage Workday Business Process Framework.
Evaluates new functionality for release management and provide testing support.
Security administration: Works with the departments to develop specific requirements and architect solutions in Workday.
Performs project management (within FIN) and testing support.
Creates EIB and mass data change templates and processes.
Provides oversight and guidance for FIN configuration changes.
Supports Integrations and Vendor Management efforts.
Supports Workday data governance policy and processes; performs data quality and compliance audits.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a comparable discipline plus eight years of relevant experience analyzing business processes and data, or an equivalent combination of experience, certification and education.
Master's degree in a related field.

The hiring range for this position is $78,874 - $104,499 annually.
