The School of Information Studies is seeking a part-time instructor to teach Functional Process Automation, Fall 2021
The course will train students to plan, design, prototype, test, deploy, monitor, document, scale, and manage applications using robotic automation (RPA) software tools within an ethical framework of automation and future of work. Course learning objectives include:
Plan, design, prototype, test, deploy, document, monitor, scale, and manage integrated end-to-end applications using functional robotic process automation (RPA) software tools.
Demonstrate grasp of complex interactions between automation strategy and digital transformation strategy in the modern enterprise
Identify and prioritize areas for applying automation capabilities
Develop and deliver effective professional communications for diverse target audiences
Articulate ethical implications of automation from viewpoint of fairness, accountability, transparency, and social responsibility
