Purpose of Position: The Assistant Director of Recruitment will assist the College of Law Office of Admissions with student prospect and application management. Develop and execute strategies designed to increase the top of the inquiry funnel and convert inquiries into applications, as well as management of the application lifecycle. Primary Responsibilities : Devise and implement targeted marketing communications campaigns aimed at segmented populations (JD, MLS, LL.M., 3+3, Lunsford Academy, Diversity, etc.) to generate prospects and drive inquiries into applications. Technical management of a CRM. Development and design of recruiting materials and communications. Manages technology, including analytics, needs to effectively achieve enrollment goals. Responsible for creating social media and website content, including video. Design and implement the applicant lifecycle communication plan through the admission databases and stay current on all training and software releases to best advise as to how to create efficient processes with the systems. Serve as an admissions counselor and communicate with prospective students and admitted students via email, telephone, text, and other related electronic methods such as a chat service, Skype, Zoom, etc. Prepare reports and analysis of performance data as requested. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to implement advertising campaigns, including the creation of digital content. Represent the law school at recruiting events, both on- and off-campus. Execute the post-admission communication plan, which includes preparing the student materials for initial admissions decision, student acceptance package, and the initial deposit process. Qualifications : Undergraduate degree and one or more years of experience in higher education and marketing/communications required. A J.D. is preferred but not required.
