Summary: The Coordinator provides project, administrative and logistical support for the Population Health and Innovation team’s public health data modernization portfolio of federally funded projects related public health data analytics, informatics, health information exchange, health information technology and related projects.
Provides skilled project management support for CDC, ONC and other HHS agency-funded projects.
Assists with budget tracking, invoice and contract processing, and expense reports.
Collects, enters, and updates data for ASTHO strategic and operations plans.
Develops and maintains project management dashboards and manages deadlines.
Maintains and updates team webpages.
Conducts editorial review of ASTHO products as needed.
Schedules external conference calls and meetings and circulates key take-away minutes afterwards.
Performs mission- and project-critical activities as needed.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3 years of experience in program, project and operations support.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot problems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with MS Office applications or demonstrated ability to learn new software.
Ability to manage diverse priorities with positive outcomes.
Willingness to work on projects across the department.
Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently.
