Veterinary Medical Center is a busy, small animal hospital established in Murray, Kentucky in 1991 by Jeannine Buchanan DVM. We provide quality medical, surgical, and dental services, and strive to create a warm, friendly atmosphere. In the past three decades, we have enjoyed caring for our clients' pets, their children's pets, and even their grandchildren's pets. Of the ten staff members we currently employ, some have been with us since the practice opened. It has been a pleasure for them to be a part of these family's lives through the generations. VMC also continually employs students enrolled in the Murray State University pre-veterinary and animal health technology programs. Murray is a fast growing town in western Kentucky. We are about 45 minutes from Paducah, and two hours from Nashville, Tennessee. We are located just minutes from beautiful Kentucky Lake and Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area with lots of fishing, boating, hunting, camping, and hiking opportunities. Murray is a wholesome town with top-rated schools, perfect for raising a family.
