The CRM Coordinator manages the daily coordination and distribution of marketing content and communications. Under the general supervision of the Admissions supervisor, the CRM Coordinator maximizes the effective use of the CRM software to support increased yield in key enrollment cohorts. The CRM Coordinator maintains current knowledge of content in all Admissions marketing collateral, develops target audiences based upon predetermined enrollment cohorts, and reports on effectiveness of outreach campaigns and customer behavior. Working closely with the Admissions supervisor, the CRM Coordinator is the designated in-house expert for leveraging action-based communication triggers to matriculate students. Effectively manages prospective student communications throughout the recruitment funneling process. Manages relationship data and maintains countless transactional data points related to application, matriculation, marketing, scholarships, and communications from other areas such as financial aid, student services and academic affairs.
Successful candidate must have knowledge of computer network and database systems, and standard software for Windows and Apple OS; familiarity of CRM best practice and Prospect Management System operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong proofreading, copy editing skills, and knowledge of HTML technology; strong analytical and report writing skills. Excellent customer service skills and experience with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of internal and interdepartmental staff, faculty, and software sales/support contacts. Must have ability to render recruitment plans into CRM-mediated communications campaigns; create statistical reports monitoring key metrics in year-end summary, year-to-date, and other formats as needed. Strong planning, organizational and project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, and ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating problems and determining solutions.
