We're looking for a team-oriented, customer-centric, highly organized marketing specialist to join our property marketing efforts in the Bay Area. You will serve as both a project manager and a production designer on a regional team solely focus on marketing CBRE listings. You will be responsible for project intake, project management, and correspondence with brokerage teams that involves understanding the scope of the project and setting timing expectations. You will also be responsible for basic design layout, heavy production work, and revisions. You will work closely with your property marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of custom deliverables. You'll be required to have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud. If applicable, please submit portfolio for review.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In partnership with the Bay Area Marketing Manager, support regional property marketing efforts through both project management and basic design production of custom materials for print and digital mediums
Anticipated split will be 30% project management, 70% basic design production
Execute basic design production working in Adobe Creative Cloud - particularly InDesign - using custom frameworks to build out deliverables like brochures, presentations, offering memorandums; create additional deliverables based on an existing custom brand, such as emails, presentations, signage, etc.; and make extensive revisions
Determine appropriate creative approach and timeline for projects in partnership with creative team - consisting of managers, senior graphic designers, and graphic designers
Work with the brokerage team to gather all information necessary to make a project actionable
Communicate project information clearly between brokerage teams and creative team, ensuring all deadlines and expectations are met
Serve as liaison with administrative professionals, offering design training and best practice sharing
Ensure all activity and assignments are tracked live-time in project management software
Take accountability for the execution of a project from concept to completion, providing professional input to ensure highest design standards, quality control, and brand adherence
Manage time efficiently, working with limited oversight
Learn and utilize proprietary tools/technologies to create, edit, and distribute enhanced digital deliverables
Recommend preferred vendors and ensure quality control, when necessary
Review all drafts for accuracy, making sure each draft reflects the client's instructions or revisions and their preferences are met
Ensure CBRE brand and legal requirements are met
Work on additional special marketing projects or other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training.
