MSK has initiated a Digital Transformation Program that is changing many aspects of our Information Technology (IT) landscape. These include changes to operations, infrastructure, system architecture , development and more . In addition, MSK has experienced significant growth over the past several years. These factors together with an effort to enhance customer relationships and help ensure a superior customer experience, have made it necessary to establish a Business Relationship Management team. As Business Relationship Manager (BRM) you will be responsible for supporting the BRM F unction across all MSK Departments , providing customer support on production service, key projects , and technology planning related matters. You will report directly to the Director, BRM.
You will:
- Work with the Director, BRM to establish the new BRM Function
- Act as the Account Manageron behalf of the Technology Divisionfor assigned departments
- Supplement existing working relationshipstoenhancecommunications, collaboration, and transparencybetween the IT provider groups and the business client groups
- Act as a liaisonand a point of contactbetween the Technology Department andbusiness partnerDepartmentsto help navigate IT processes through end to end resolution
- Facilitate Ideation andthe creation of Business Casesforbusinesstechnologyneeds
- Ensure business technology goals maintain alignment with long term enterprise goals
- Develop a deep knowledge of business partners departmentsin order to understand and advocate for their needs
- Fosterstrong, collaborativeinterdepartmental partnershipsbetween MSK Departments and the Technology Division/DigITs Groupsto ensure high quality technology servicesand optimization ofexisting and emerging technologies
- Participate in the communication and change management efforts on Technology / Divisional projects
- Help implement and maintain the Business Relationship ManagementCRMSystem to document and catalogue IT Services and customer interactions
You have:
- 8+ years of experience in customer facing roles involving change management, functional business / process requirements gathering and communications
- Experience working in a BRMor similar rolein a mid to large scale complex organization
- Outstanding relationship buildingand stakeholder managementskills
- Energy, focus, assertiveness, and diplomacy
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate effectively withTechnology and Business executives and at all levels of the organization
- Experiencerunning mid to large scaletechnologyprojects/portfolioswith responsibility forexecutive engagement andend user interface
- Bachelorsdegree or equivalent work experience required
