Job Summary Leads innovation, process improvement excellence and change by delivery of Lean/Six Sigma Methodology, Change Management Tools and Rapid Decision Making Process. Provides expertise and acts as resource to teams leading, managing, and overseeing clinical and business process improvement opportunities across the operating group. Mentors, coaches and teaches leaders and associates in the use of statistical tools, Lean/Six Sigma and change management techniques to ensure timely completion of projects and expected results. Works with Senior Leadership, Group Directors, Physicians and associates to develop and implement plans for achieving strategic operational goal improvements throughout the organization
What You Bring/Job Requirements

Minimum Experience Requirements Advanced experience in a process improvement environment including project management, change management and leading Lean/Six Sigma project teams. Expert facilitation skills with demonstrated results. Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication. Knowledge of organizational principles and standards for health systems is desirable.
Education Requirement
HS GED
License/Certifications Requirement
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, preferred
Change Facilitator training, preferred
