Design and mature DevSecOps services and tooling that support our cloud initiatives
Contribute to the principles that guide technology decisions for Acadian; work to help define cloud strategy
Commitment to automation of entire SDLC and orchestration of fault tolerant architecture (e.g., circuit breakers, failover)
Enhance current technology portfolio through the development of automation, accelerators, templates, and functioning sample code
Approve and modify current designs by reviewing end-user topology, security, performance, and interoperability requirements
Consult on infrastructure projects to fit systems or infrastructure to the technical architecture and the needs of the end user community
Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed, on-call rotation required
We're Looking for Teammates With:
Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or related field preferred; 5-7 years of prior experience, financial services exposure is a plus
Proven record of building scalable Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines
Knowledge of application stack architecture (e.g., microservices), PaaS development, and AWS
Familiarity with scripting languages including but not limited to Bash and Python
Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools, (e.g. Cloudformation)
Demonstrated expertise with Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
Structured approach to troubleshooting; Practical experience with networking
Experience with project management life cycle and application architecture
Ability to work with vendors, management, and staff at all levels within the organization
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
