Participation in intensive business requirement workshops involving multiple client stakeholders for requirement finalizations
Conduct requirements walkthrough for signoff with business for the teachnical team
Work closely with business stakeholders in detailing the functional specifications
Peform end user sanity testing for ensuring the overall quality of the deliverable
Particiapte in show-tell sessions and defect triaging for new product developments
Requirements
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent
Minimum 9 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience
Strong business analysis and domain skills on Insurance Policy Admin systems in General Insurance
Strong understanding of major transactions such as new business, quote, renewal, endorsements, and cancellation
Experience in DevOps in as added advantage
Knowledge/Experience with .NET framework
Experience liaising with different level of business stakeholders, end users, different department, etc.
Good communication and interpersonals skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
