1. Support Board and Board Committees of OCBC and subsidiaries in their strategic and corporate governance activities - Arrange meetings, and prepare materials, transcripts, and minutes 2. Administer Power of Attorney (POA) - Prepare documents for execution in accordance with policy and procedure, update POA register and conduct half-yearly confirmations with business units
3. Support digital initiatives - Build database to automate record keeping, explore voice to text capabilities for efficient generation of meeting transcripts, and develop website and share-point for secretariat materials
4. Act as back-up Division Compliance Officer - This requires familiarity with the Bank's compliance, operational risk and procurement policies and procedures
5. Others - Assist on other Group Secretariat assignments that may be required from time to time

Qualifications 1. A good university degree 2. Relevant working experience in the banking or finance industry preferred 3. Strong verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills 4. Ability to think critically and work independently under tight timelines 5. Meticulous individual who is a team player with high integrity 6.
