Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices O Contributing beyond client delivery , including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement and beyond O Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, and participating in cross-functional development effort Primary Responsibilities: - Contribute to full-cycle implementation and phase X projects within the Workday Integrations space
- Provide post-production support and enhancement services to existing and new clients
- Validate SOW scope, confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and drive requirements sign-off
- Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions
- Collect and create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
- Develop, test, and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements
- Set deliverable structure and content while producing "client-ready" deliverables
- Identify and deploy approach for projects that require sophisticated analysis
- Coordinate vendor meetings with the appropriate parties
- Anticipate, escalate, and propose solutions for service and quality issues
- Educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform
- Confidently and credibly propose solutions to problems and improvements to clients' existing processes/plans
- Prioritize client interests and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds expectations
- Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
Qualifications: - 2+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at a leading consulting firm, Big Four accounting firm, or commensurate experience
- At least 2 years of recent Workday Certified experience in Workday Integrations with a Workday deployment partner OR 5+ end-to-end implementations within Workday Integrations
- Experience deploying multiple Workday projects simultaneously
- Certification in Workday Integrations, with specialty certifications preferred (Workday Studio, CCB, CCTPP, etc.)
- Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio, or other middleware platform)
- Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Capacity to create innovative solutions for complex Workday integrations
- Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Excellent communication skills, exhibiting professionalism and discretion in interacting with executives and clients
- Creativity, confidence, flexibility, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- High energy, enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great sense of humor !
- Ability to travel on average 30% to 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
