Imagine advising renowned clients across the country and implementing one of the world's most innovative and leading cloud financial technologies. At CrossCountry, that's exactly what you'll do - you'll be taking part in a quickly growing cloud Technology Solutions practice that partners with Coupa, Intacct, Adaptive Insights, and Workday. We offer full-suite services and provide our consultants with hands-on training and certifications. Responsibilities
    • Monitors all incoming tickets to ensure they are assigned in a timely manner
    • Assumes responsibility for ensuring all tickets from assigned customers are attended to accurately and timely according to the CrossCountry support methodology
    • Identifies, investigates and resolves tickets submitted by customers
    • Prioritizes tickets and tasks by level of urgency
    • Collaborates with other CrossCountry team members to research and resolve problems
    • Supports members of the PPS team to ensure tickets are resolved in an accurate and timely manner
    • Audits Intacct timesheets and notifies customers approaching minimum billable hours as defined by their SOW
    • Creates and provides reports for leadership and customers as needed
    • Reconciles invoices to ensure accuracy in customer billing
    • Identifies opportunities and recommendations for improvements to internal processes
    • Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
    • 1+ years of recent Workday or equivalent experience
    • 1+ years of project management experience
    • Experienced with providing superior customer service and resolving client inquires
    • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
    • Skilled at working on multiple tasks at a time
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
    • Attentive to details with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
    • Creativity, confidence, flexibility and a great sense of humor
    • Bachelor's degree (or higher)
    • **Limited-to-no travel
