This project management role sits within Consumer Risk function to support the growth in Wealth Management & Mortgage Business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing multiple risk and control programs to support the growth in the Wealth Management & Mortgage Business, including defining the strategy, approach, processes, quality, tools and reporting that provide global risk management consistency and excellence.
Engage in and lead the scoping, design, implementation and enhancement of various systems for Mortgage and Investment Lending products.
Partner with 1LOD businesses to ensure compliance with relevant Firm policies/standards, also external regulatory expectations and industry standards where relevant
Ensure product compliance with internal policies, external regulatory guidelines and alignment with the firm's Risk Appetite Framework and strategy
Develops procedural implementation and change management process with Operations and Reporting team to ensure proper governance and controls exist.
Help drive the enhancement and automation of regulatory reporting including the annual portfolio stress testing exercises
Qualifications:
Relevant industry experience preferred in Consume Credit Risk management
Experience in leading technology change projects
Strong change management experience
Proven track record in collaboration across different businesses, regions and/or support functions
Excellent communication skills up to senior level
Global mindset, with regional and global product understanding
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a sense of urgency
Proven ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
