Senior Project Manager

• 10+ years of relevant architecture and design experience, with a strong back ground designing multiple building typologies of varying scale with extensive experience in mixed-use multi-family residential architecture
• Must possess extensive experience and knowledge about building codes and building systems
• Skilled at multi-tasking, guiding large and diverse consultant teams and working toward multiple deadlines
• Able to write contracts, and develop project budgets, schedules and specifica- tions
• Coordinate internal planning, design and technical teams with project consultants while keeping projects on target for budget and deadlines throughout all work phases
• Responsible for carefully reviewing all documents for discovery, resolution, and correction of design, building code, and construction detailing before they are released to client and for construction to minimize legal risks and maximize protec- tion of the firm as well as our client. Deficiencies shall be brought to attention of the Architectural Studio Manager in a timely manner
• Responsible for marketing repeat clients by providing quality service and monitor- ing the quality of services
• Must be able to effectively prioritize the tasks of client, architectural, and consul- tant teams
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key stakeholders
• Must be able to lead, inspire, teach, and mentor others
• Posses excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
