ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain document management system and original drawings.
- Perform database management tasks for all Drawing Control records.
- Provides training for Drawing Control and Meridian Explorer functionality.
- Retrieve, reproduce and distribute drawings and documentation as directed.
- Process and maintain drawing images for access through document management system.
- Maintain drawing numbering system and assign facility-drawing numbers as directed.
- Maintain digital imaging and reprographic equipment.
- Provide support for monitoring and ordering of Drawing Control supplies.
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with appropriate electric utility industry regulatory requirements. Attain knowledge and remain knowledgeable of development in regulations, laws, standards and best practices applicable to the functional area including, but not limited to, Standards of Conduct, Environmental, Employment Law, NERC Reliability Standards and Safety. Must be familiar with, and comply with, all aspects of Corporate Policy C-54, Compliance.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education and Training Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: - Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to operate digital reprographic and imaging equipment.
- Ability to operate large, heavy cabinet drawers for filing and retrieving drawings.
- Ability to access and store documents using portable stairs and ladder
- Ability to organize and schedule workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
Experience: - Three (3) years of experience working with document management or imaging systems.
Other: - Willingness to travel as required. (Must possess a valid driver’s license.)

Incumbent must have finger dexterity, good vision, good color vision, good hearing, and ability to speak clearly, and handle intricate work.
- Mental demands: While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is required to read, write, perform basic math, analyze data and reports, exercise judgment, develop plans, procedures and goals, and present information to others and work under pressure.
- Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is exposed to dust and exposed to electrical risks, and works around large industrial operating equipment.
