POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Support the development of sales to key, multi-unit end user accounts as well as general territory sales in accordance with objectives and policies. Assist with sales analysis, reports, project management and planning as required. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manage key account relationships, fostering effective working relationships with operations, engineering, purchasing and R&D personnel (Corporate, Regional and Franchisee) within targeted regional and national chain accounts and other multi-unit operations with the goal of developing sales opportunities both short and long-term. 2. Conduct appropriate sales calls to key targeted accounts, facilitating testing, demo cooking, specifying and driving purchasing of Ovention products within those accounts. 3. Manage territory sales for a defined Western US territory in conjunction with Independent Sales Rep Network. 4. Effectively demonstrate Ovention’s product portfolio through culinary presentations to Corporate and Franchisee Key Account personnel, at all levels of the targeted account’s organizations, in order to create long-term strategic partnerships and sales opportunities. 5. Collaborate with Independent Sales Rep Network and organization resources in support of territory and key account opportunities and sales development, including input on engineering, sales strategy, marketing and product development efforts. 6. Represent Ovention at various industry and customer trade events, including key account corporate and franchisee conventions, and broader industry trade events such as NRA, NAFEM, NACS and other shows as assigned. 7. Utilize Salesforce CRM daily to update and track account information, process leads, and drive opportunities through the pipeline. 8. Work in conjunction with the fellow sales managers, as well as Ovention’s Independent Sales Rep Network to assist in developing and executing an annual strategic plan for territory specific and key account development, outlining targeted accounts, developing product specification goals, and realizing budgeted revenue expectations. 9. In the spirit of the organization’s overall ESOP structure and culture, collaborate and provide regular support and information to Ovention’s internal Customer Service and Technical Service Departments including communication of and training on new products and account coordination. 10.
