The Director provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care provided for patients. Responsibilities include fiscal, human resource, physician relationships, employee engagement, risk management operational functions, strategic planning, program development, and assisting the marketing manager to grow the business. Maintains 24 hour accountability. Adheres to the Rose Code at all times.

- Previous management experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Demonstrates understanding of health care from an organizational system perspective.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of radiology.
- Demonstrates the ability to plan and provide for delivery of radiology services.
- Ability to recognize the needs and concerns of people and to maintain constructive relationships in dealing with them.

- Ability to assume twenty-four hour responsibility for integration of health care services.
- Ability to assume leadership role with the health care team in planning and delivery of health care services.
