Lendio is a small business lending marketplace with more than 75 lenders to help small businesses get funded. Lendio provides small businesses the ability to apply a single time and potentially get offers from multiple lenders. The kind of stuff you'll be doing: Work with a cross-functional teams (including product, UX design, and engineering, sales, operations etc) to learn what internal and external customers need
Develop project strategy, project differentiation, and value propositions and manage the project lifecycle end to end
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Define and maintain a complex and detailed project roadmap
Measure departmental performance and monitor milestone timelines using appropriate tools (we use Heap, Anadot, Google Analytics and Domo) and establish and report on KPI's

Facilitate and drive problem solving across teams to create solutions that are viable, desirable, and feasible
Define and maintain a detailed project roadmap
Prioritize and set outcomes with across teams
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Requirements 7+ years experience Project Management
Experience leading or supporting go to market strategies
Ability to manage projects end to end
Previous experience launching and scaling international projects in a must
Ability to communicate and influence Sr. stakeholders
Skilled at quickly understanding complex business problems including financial modeling
Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communication (both written and verbal)
Always eager to take on new responsibilities and tasks
Extremely organized and a disciplined approached to project management
Familiarity with project management tools
