By joining CrossCountry you'll be making a direct impact on our growing Workday practice, regularly taking part in: * Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices * Contributing beyond client delivery , including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement and beyond * Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Additional Responsibilities - Participate in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects within the Workday HCM product suite
- Provide post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies
- Collaborate with team to help clients navigate the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of the Payroll module
- When necessary, lead conversion of legacy data into Workday by scoping conversion requirements, executing data transformation activities, and supporting end user validation activities from existing legacy system to new system
- Participate in the advisory, planning and implementation of Payroll applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration
- Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates and recommendations
- Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
- Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
Qualifications - 2+ years of recent Workday Certified experience implementing Workday Payroll
- 1-2 large end-to-end implementations or 3-4 small end-to-end implementations within Payroll, with a demonstrated deep knowledge of Payroll configuration
- Experience as a lead consultant on Workday Payroll projects
- Current certification in Workday Payroll
- Previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner
- Experience deploying multiple Workday Payroll or HCM projects simultaneously a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
- Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Ability to travel on average 30% to 50% of the time - higher side of that for go-live support
- Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
