Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, and best practices * Contributing beyond client delivery , including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement and beyond * Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Responsibilities - Lead full-cycle implementation and phase X projects within the Workday HCM product suite
- Provide post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies
- Collaborate with team to help clients navigate the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of the HCM modules
- When necessary, lead conversion of legacy data into Workday by scoping conversion requirements, executing data transformation activities, and supporting end user validation activities from existing legacy system to new system
- Lead advisory, planning and implementation of HCM applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and working with data teams to successfully map data required for integration
- Collaborate internally and with clients to scope and clarify requirements, convey project updates, build timelines for reporting deliverables, and provide recommendations
- Create presentations that effectively inform and influence clients
- Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
- Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
Qualifications - 5+ years of professional services experience in a client facing role at a leading consulting firm, Big Four accounting firm, or commensurate experience
- At least 2 years of recent Workday Certified experience in Workday HCM Core and Core Compensation with a Workday deployment partner
- OR 5+ end-to-end implementations within the Workday HCM suite
- Experience deploying multiple Workday HCM projects simultaneously
- Functional/technical proficiency with architecting, implementing, and configuring HCM Core and Core Compensation
- Experience defining system strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, data conversion, and implementing business process improvements
- Ability to autonomously lead a workstream through all project phases (discovery through production)
- Experience serving clients within a range of industries (Medium, Large Enterprise, and Global) a plus
- Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations
- Comfort with driving internal decision making and presenting to all levels of management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Prior HR functional experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Ability to travel on average 30% to 50% of the time
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
- Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
