By joining CrossCountry you'll be making a direct impact on our growing Workday practice, regularly taking part in: O Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices O Contributing beyond client delivery , including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement and beyond O Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Primary Responsibilities: - Participate in the advisory, planning and implementation of Workday by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data, and converting data into format required for integration
- Support end user validation activities from existing legacy system to new system
- Work with client and CrossCountry team members to scope and clarify requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates and recommendations
- Create presentations that effectively inform and influence clients
- Work with the team members to achieve agreed upon timelines for reporting deliverables
- Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
Qualifications: - 2+ years of recent Workday Certified experience with a Workday deployment partner with a demonstrated deep knowledge of Workday reporting tools
- Workday Reporting Platform Certification, including Composite or Advanced Reporting
- Certification and/or experience delivering Prism and/or Reporting projects
- Understanding of many Workday modules and data architecture, Workday business object model
- Ability to implement data visualization solutions across a variety of Workday modules
- Understanding of standard financial reporting statements
- Expertise leveraging calculated fields
- Knowledge of Workday APIs and integrations tools or XML is preferred
- Ability to recommend best practice solutions for business to verify key financial and HR metrics
- Self-starter with ability to experiment with a variety of solutions before recommending to clients
- Collaborative team member that will be able to work with many client and internal SMEs to understand business requirements and Workday design considerations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
- Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Excellent communication skills, exhibiting professionalism and discretion in interacting with executives and clients
- Creativity, confidence, flexibility, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- High energy, enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great sense of humor !
- Ability to travel on average 30% to 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
