As a senior PM you will lead, consult and facilitate key discussions to ensure successful deliver of the program within timescales and objectives.
Responsibilities would include:
Lead a team of project managers to effectively deliver the program outcomes
Plan and strategise across the program to ensure resourcing levels, financial impacts and roadmaps for strategy planning.
Set vision, define value and act as a role model for creating a culture of superior standards and delivers on time and on budget. Review the progress against goals, objectives and project milestones.
Develop strategy for managing the timeline and budget consisting of multiple projects with multiple deliverables across a multi year period
Work with program sponsors to identify, approve and prioritise all projects throughout the lifecycle of the program.
Work with senior business and technical leaders to identify medium term business solutions that are consistent with best practice for cross functional implementation.
Network both internally and externally to research trends and areas of concern. Evaluating sources, collate findings and conduct objective analysis.
This roles is a critical high profile program for the business so requires an very experienced and seasoned Senior Program Manager from Investment Management and have proven experience in large program delivery in ETFs and Middle Office. Extensive knowledge of ETFs and Fixed Income is essential. Experience of managing a team of project managers and experience of managing large budgets.
