The goal is to be involved in the evolution of underwriting risk and delivery of the best new business service for their customers, partners and distributors.
Drive the development and approval of a future underwriting strategy
Realise the full value of data to increase (Value of New Business)VONB and margin and reduce unit cost
Enable positive customer feedback score for New Business & Underwriting
Leverage the potential of internal and externaldata, machine learning, predictive analytics and AI/cognitive to transform the way the company underwrite customers, enabling fully automated digital instant issuance
Ensure minimum operating standards for underwriting data and how it can be linked to claims, experience and wellness customer data.
Support the achievement of the Operations New Business strategic vision.
