The skilled individual will be responsible for leading the development of the long-term vision & quarterly goals of the Product Design team, lead/mentor/support a growing Product Design team, own design projects end-to-end and more!

Qualifications:

• Professional experience leading design initiatives & strategy on consumer/enterprise experiences.
• Experience managing a team of designers.
• High proficiency with prototyping and visual design software, including Sketch.
• A portfolio demonstrating UX and visual skills in digital products.
• Proactive & proficient at mentoring designers & other team members.
• Entreprenurial ownership mentality.
