As a Clinical Data Analyst you will assist, develop and support hospital initiatives through data mining and collection, analysis, and reporting. You will provide stakeholders with actionable information, including performance scorecards, statistical analysis, and process improvement data to achieve desired outcomes. You will serve as data expert, oversee internal and external quality databases and reporting systems. You will develop and generate ad hoc reports. What you will do in this role: - You will demonstrate your experience in data collection/mining, analysis and reports to support improvement projects
- You will do data presentation using Tableau
- You will use your ability to assess and analyze data with fluency in statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R or Minitab
- You will use your highly developed problem solving skills
- You will use your strong program and project management skills
- You will be comfortable and skilled at working with physicians and healthcare providers
- You will bring and use your knowledge of quality data reporting systems and registries
- You will use your strong coaching, teaching, and facilitation skills
