We are working with a successful, international private equity fund, investing in companies across the globe and sectors. The team are currently busy fundraising across several of their strategies and as such are looking to onboard an experienced Investor Relations professional into their global team. This will be a fixed term contract role for a minimum of 6 months. The team are looking for a hands-on, proactive individual who can hit the ground running. It is essential that this person is a team player but is also capable of working independently and taking initiative. Please note this is a contract position though you will be an integral part of the team from day one. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordination of LP due diligence requests from existing and prospective fund investors, ensuring all inbound requests are recorded. Data room management
Responsible for the creation of marketing materials including teasers, pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs etc.
Creation and completion of LP diligence documents and excel templates utilising support from existing IR team and other departments at the Firm
Ad-hoc assistance with project managing key fundraising workstreams
YOUR PROFILE:
Educated to degree level with prior experience in either an in-house investor relations role or placement agent
Ability to generate powerful, thoughtful and clear responses to both simple and sophisticated investor queries using a strong existing understanding of PE model
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management, project management and organisational skills
Strong command of English language, both written and verbal, is essential
