Key responsibilities
Project manage IT fit out/migration projects drive by corporate real estate initiatives
Chair and facilitate project team meetings
Build project organization and governance structure
Ensure project adhere to governance structure
Build project RACI matrix
Coordinate IT activities across GCIO with IT vendors
Create and update project documentation i.e., project charter; project communication plan; project design document; project plan; risk, issue and action logs; project status report, StC report etc.
Track and monitor project actions, issues and risks as well as project work deliverables-packages
Create and update project mitigation and contingency plans
Prepare project one-time/recurring cost and translate capital expenditure, one time operational expenses, recurring operational expenses into profit and loss statement
Seek to track project forecast/actuals cost and keep project cost within the approved budget
Plan project resource allocation
Develop, monitor and control project schedule based on multiple inter-dependencies
Manage change requests and integrate impacts into project plan
Develop IT infrastructure migration schedule for data center and office relocation
Finish all project related activities in accordance with the internal Credit Suisse Service Delivery Framework
Ensure projects are compliance with all CS policies and procedures

Essentials Skills and Qualifications
Project Management training certification
IT Project Management within the banking / finance sector with experience in new office/data center set up and data center migration
Ability to work in a complex matrix structured organization
Strong communications skills both written and verbal to provide service in a multicultural environment
Can work in a changing and fast paced environment
Client Focus and can take ownership as well as accountability
Able to problem tackle complex issues and challenge status quo
Analytical thinking
