As part of the COO office, you will support the Regional Head in all Business Management and Project Management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide business support to run key strategic and change initiatives focused on risk, governance, business management and transformation projects
Support the Regional Head to ensure the business is adhering with key Risk, Compliance and Regulatory policies
Build and maintain key partnerships with the business to ensure smooth implementation
Conduct regular process reviews and advise on necessary changes to maximize efficiency
Assist with any ad-hoc projects as directed by the Regional Head based in Singapore
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology related fields; advantageous to have a Master's Degree
Minimum of 10 years of relevant Business Management, Project Management or Change Management experience within a Private Banking environment is essential
Prior familiarity with Avaloq or a similar system
Advantageous to have Project Management related training and/or certifications
Tech-savvy person who is resourceful and able to work independently under tight deadlines
