The Role Responsibilities
Be familiar with the Group's Enterprise Risk Management Framework ("ERMF") and relevant Frameworks (including Compliance and Operational Risk) and how they apply to the Function.
Diligent/Blueprint Project Support
To enhance controls around User Access Permissions and establish protocols for regular review and maintenance of user access permissions.
Review and ensure that current user access permissions are appropriate;
Review the list of downstream reports generated across the business and ensure data risks are appropriately understood and managed.
Develop and document end-to-end processes and procedures across the business to ensure data capture, data integrity and data ownership.
Work with all stakeholders to develop functionality of Diligent/Blueprint. Must have expert knowledge of the full functionality and capabilities of Diligent software.
Provide business-wide training sessions on Diligent/Blueprint and implement a programme of mandatory training going forward - review and refresh training modules and methods currently in place.
Initiate a programme of regular communication to all users of the system to ensure full understanding of the implications and importance of accurate and complete data entry. Develop and implement escalation routes for non-compliance.
Review and implement enhancements to current assurance processes in place.
Make recommendations as to how the system can be operated, managed and controlled going forward to meet the needs of the business as a whole.

Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate
Chartered Secretary with g ood core company secretarial technical knowledge and experience of working in a corporate secretariat, preferably within Financial Services or a fast-paced UK listed company of substantial size and complexity.
Expert working knowledge of Blueprint OneWorld functionality and capabilities.
Expert knowledge of complex corporate structures and investments/complex share class structures is essential.
Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and between different cultures
Strong IT skills
