| Responsibilities: - Develop the firmwide information security standards and strategy
- Provide/Lead security architecture and engineering for the firm
- Develop, mature and maintain the company's information security program and portfolio.
- Design metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program
- Advice the company on FSI and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Communicate and enforce security policies and standards
- Manage security assessments of internal and external systems and services as well as advise on vulnerability mitigation
- Manage information security awareness programs.
- Manage security incident response and SOC teams
- Interface between audit functions and IT as well as track audit findings
Prerequisites: - At least 10-15+ years of working experience in IT Security
- Proven background in technology leadership and team management
- Broad security and risk management skillset
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking and application security
- Passionate about security and technology
- Pragmatic, analytical and open-minded
- Self-starter
- Mandarin Chinese skills are highly preferred but not required
