About the Job & Our Publications This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office administrative operations for a fun and faced paced workplace. General Office - Direct supervision of 3-5 team members.
- Management of general office operations of a business that has over 40 employees, both in office and remote.
- Oversight of inter-departmental support and communication.
- Management of administrative procedures.
- Coordination of projects as assigned by the Senior Leadership Team.

Human Resources - Management of the hiring process including tracking of open positions, coordination of the recruitment and interview process, and successful onboarding of new employees.
- Work with Executive and Departmental Leadership on all matters related to performance management. This includes the oversight of regular, scheduled performance reviews, as well as participation in any matters that requires corrective or disciplinary action.
- Administration of employee benefits programs including health, life, retirement benefits, paid time off, and employee leave requests.
- Maintains all employee records
- Acts as a resource to the Senior Leadership Team on all legal matters pertaining to employment law and compliance issues.
- Maintains “open door policy” with an ability to serve as liaison between employees and management as needed. Needs to be adept at building trust and rapport with others.
Skills & Experience. - Proven background in administrative and human resources related roles, with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in the field with minimum 3-5 years of management experience.
- Strong understanding of relevant human resources issues with an ability to make strategic recommendations taking into consideration current labor laws and organizational requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- You must have a High School Diploma; a college degree or college coursework is preferred but can be supplemented with a strong professional background in some cases.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable working with different types of software, including spreadsheets, task management, HRIS, and more.
- You must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Thorough understanding of Federal and State labor and employment laws.
