About the Department The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Lead team to achieve team's KPI, design and implementation of policies that manage trade calls
Support clients on the day to day Trade transaction queries on phone or emails
Record all calls information according to standard operating procedures
Acts as a Trade advisor on various Trade products enquiries
Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure client's requests are fulfilled
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and monitoring of department KPIs
Identify and escalate client issue if any
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Provide Pre-vetting services for Trade products such as (not limited to) Banker Guarantee and Issuance of Letter of Credit
Have at least 15 years of prior experience in Trade Services
Good understanding of various Trade products and UCP600/URDG
Able to work independently with excellent verbal and email-writing skills
Able to interact effectively with internal & external parties of all levels
