Requirements: 2+ years administrative experience. Fluency with Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers, and a wide range of Google platforms, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Drive. Proficiency with Zoom meeting platform. Previous experience in administration, particularly in the fields of education and/or the arts. Excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Track record of working well both independently and collaboratively, effective time management, and successful event planning. Willingness to approach the work week flexibly, as some activities and events will be held on weekends and evenings.
