In this role, you will be a collaborative software engineer working to further develop and support a robotic microscopy system for cellular imaging, cell processing, and cell manufacturing applications. You should also be familiar with installation, deployment, and testing of software in a biomedical environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Project Management/Team Leadership Experience
Software engineer with experience in Automation and/or Robotics
Systems integration and device communication using RS232, IP, and USB
GUI programming for QT and GTK+ applications
Development environment using Visual Studio and python on Windows
Developing application architecture and programming with C, C++, C#, and python
Experience with Agile software development
Expertise in image processing and analysis
Expertise in large scale data architecture, data management, and machine learning
Knowledge of FDA requirements for medical device software
Microscopy Imaging and data management of large images
PhD, E.Eng, D.Phil , or MS with proven industry experience
