JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide Civil CAD Management oversight for a large technology client building data centers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide general support and guidance on Civil 3D workflow and processes for internal and external stakeholders
Define standard workflow and process for Civil 3D integration with BIM360
Manage project Civil 3D Execution
Review project BIM Execution
Plans and enforce Civil CAD standards compliance at project level
Review civil related clash detection at milestones
Perform civil deliverable
QC at design milestones and communicate review comments at pageturn meetings
Act as owner civil CAD stakeholder to attend meetings including but not limited to project kick-off, page turn, AEC onboarding sessions, BIM issue resolutions
Handover IFC re-evaluation to CAD/BIM Managed Service
Manage civil as-built model development if applicable
Communicate global Civil program requirements with local projects and AEC teams
Deliverables:
Project Civil activity reports
BIM Execution Plan review report
QA/QC Check reports
Data validation & improvement of Civil 3D models & information
Standard compliance reports
AEC teams' CAD/BIM Assessment
Reports on CAD/BIM process improvements
Implementation & feedback reports on CAD/BIM initiatives
Data input for business intelligence reports / dashboards
Written documentation regarding all meetings and correspondences.
Written monthly status reports outlining work that has been performed by Contractor.
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the principles and practices in the AutoCAD environment.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of engineering design.
Ability to read and interpret design standards and specifications, blueprints, drawings, redlines, etc.
Must have a working knowledge of AutoCAD Release 12 or later and minimum 4 years of experience with Civil 3D
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
