You will be responsible for the deployment of the Quod Financial software and its integration with 3rd parties (e.g. brokers, trading venues, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Deploy Quod Software in our SaaS environment or in a client hosted environment and ensure that the connectivity with 3rd parties (Middle office and Back office systems, brokers, trading venues, etc.) is setup and running.
Participate in the integration with other counterparties (exchanges, brokers, etc.) including the certification process.
Configure and maintain (upgrade/patch) the different components of the Quod platform.
Work with the Operations and Support team during the delivery to the production environments.
Analyse/Investigate the root cause of the reported issues during the UAT phase conducted by the client.
Identify improvement areas and propose/design/implement solutions and new ways of working.
Skills required:
Experience with software integration and/or deployment.
Strong knowledge of Linux OS including Scripting (shell/Perl).
Good knowledge of Database SQL (Oracle or Postgres).
Good communication skills: a clear and continuous communication about progress, status, ETA, technical opinion, etc. is required with both the team members (Project Manager, Management) and the clients.
Fluent English and good Mandarin.
Skills nice to have:
Knowledge of Trading and Financial Markets (FIX protocol, Trading workflow).
