| Location: Manchester Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, safety & health, or other related academic discipline; seven years of experience related to project management; five years of supervisory experience; demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature, on time, and on budget; budget management experience; effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to interface with diverse audiences including employees/staff, faculty, students, and the general public; demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; proficiency with computer applications including MS Office applications; valid driver’s license; and a willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree; and demonstrated leadership qualities.
