A laboratory professional responsible for performance of all levels of general testing within the analytical laboratory. Provides a high level of technical knowledge and application of that knowledge to department testing and clinical relevance. Consistently functions in a self-directed manner and exhibits complex problem solving skills.
Qualified external applicants eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus! Cannot be a current or recent Centura employee to qualify. Minimum of 1 year experience required.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
1 year of related work experience preferred
Associates Degree or completion of a U.S. Military 50-week course leading to specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist or equivalent role and ASCP MLT certification or equivalent OR Bachelors Degree in a Science field with applicable clinical experience.
ASCP MLT or AMT certification or equivalent required within 6 months of hire
For Canon City and Pueblo area
Physical Requirements-Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs frequently)
