**We are looking for a full time RN Clinical Manager to manage and lead our Ambulatory locations. *This individual will have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working as an RN in an outpatient setting with 1 or more years experience working in a supervisor, manager or lead role.
Special Skills Communication and interpersonal skills with various levels of internal and external customers. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, critical thinking, creative problem solving, proficient organization and planning.
Self-directed with ability to tolerate frequent interruptions and a demanding workload. General knowledge of payer industry, resource management and evidence based clinical practice. Clinical knowledge of the health or social work needs for the population served. Advanced verbal and written communication, outstanding problem solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred / Desired
Experience in acute and/or post-acute clinical care related to program scope or relevant clinical experience to include supervisory/managerial experience.
3 - 5 years of experience related to the clinical scope. Minimum 1 year direct supervisor/manager/team lead experience.
5 - 7 years of healthcare experience and/or population health at a supervisor or manager level.
