Drive the development and maintenance of a strategy and associated roadmap for Global Transfer Agency and develop this cohesively across both Europe and Asia
Assist in shaping broader segment strategy for Asset Managers (cross-product) and work on various initiatives linked to the strategy
Identify new and enhanced global product opportunities, providing input to market/product strategy initiatives
Design and maintain global service definition documentation and relevant elements of sales collateral
Provide support for client on boarding from a product perspective (e.g. operating model design, solutions to bespoke requirements etc.)
Principal accountabilities:

Professional Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Business or Economics
Very strong operational experience in the financial services industry working directly on Transfer Agency services
In-depth understanding of all aspects (including regulatory and market practice) related to the provision of TA services to UCITS funds (cross boarder distribution)
Demonstrates a solid grasp of the technology and systems supporting the product with direct knowledge of core Transfer Agency platforms
Proficient in the documentation of requirements, product roadmaps, ... (all in English) for the MINT project
Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, creative and analytical content
Energetic, results focused, change agent, with a strong work ethic
Strong organisation, multi-tasking and time management skills
Personal qualities of stability, maturity and leadership.
Team player and capable of working independently
First class interpersonal, collaborative, relationship building and influencing skills
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills
Blockchain is a plus
Fluent in English, both orally and in writing; knowledge of one or more foreign languages is an advantage
Considered as an advantage: experience with TA migration projects, knowledge of GFAS, project management skills, knowledge of MFGI
