Product Director - UCITS, Global Fixed Income Asset Manager, London

Responsibilities

• Act as the business owner and key internal contact for different business units to drive UCITS product initiatives  
• Full management of all new UCITS Product Launches from start to finish
• Oversight of the entire fund range, project managing the creation of fund documentation, prospectuses
• Work with closely with the cleint and investment teams
• Full management of all new UCITS Product Structuring and Launches from start to finish
• Work closely with investment teams
• Once launched; ensuring the platform and the product is successful and that it can maintain assets 
• Constant improvement of the UCITS support infrastructure

Requirements 

• Undergraduate degree (min 2.1)
• UCITS industry knowledge and experience
• 7+ years of product experience within asset management,
• which demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong understanding of fixed income as an asset class.
• Strong understanding of European fund structures.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environment (i.e with MIFID )
• Proven ability in developing structured processes and procedures around operational activities;
• Excellent project management skills
