Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Technology Platform team facilitating latest financial and innovative technologies developments for the bank
Develop, manage and implement best-in-class customer centric journey via adoption of innovative and modernized technology, agile practice across all the bank's digital channels
Drive and execute the delivery of digital product heatmap, footprint, technical stack along with transformational initiative
As technology platform owner, oversee and manage the overall programs and project progress to meet approved project budget and schedules
Key Requirements:
Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY
> 15 years of digital channels experience in financial or other software development industry
10 - 15 years of experience in Technology and hands-on experience in digital platform development and in managing large complex project management
Strong FinTech experience preferred
MUST have worked in Financial Services
