Lead the transformation of complex diversified international businesses in areas like: working capital optimisation, restructuring, digital and technology innovation, cost cutting and sales & marketing
Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team
YOUR PROFILE:
A background in private equity or strategy consulting
Experience of leading change in acquired businesses
Special expertise of driving change in particular fields are an advantage, such as digitisation, supply chain, post-merger integration, sales & marketing, cost reduction, pricing
Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
Passionate about the practical business and economic impact, interested in being hands-on in building out the portfolio companies
Credible with portfolio companies C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
