This is an exciting opportunity for an executive with compelling portfolio management experience and the ability to drive change across complex organisations to join a growing team that has deployed significant capital into businesses across multiple sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the transformation of complex diversified international businesses in areas like: working capital optimisation, restructuring, digital and technology innovation, cost cutting and sales & marketing
  • Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team

YOUR PROFILE:
  • A background in private equity or strategy consulting
  • Experience of leading change in acquired businesses
  • Special expertise of driving change in particular fields are an advantage, such as digitisation, supply chain, post-merger integration, sales & marketing, cost reduction, pricing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
  • Passionate about the practical business and economic impact, interested in being hands-on in building out the portfolio companies
  • Credible with portfolio companies C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
