We are working with a leading healthcare fund who have raised two highly successful and oversubscribed funds to date and are now looking to add a bright, hands on junior professional to their Investor Relations team. In this role, you will support across all investor relations and fundraising activities in the lead up to their third fund raise. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the Head of Investor Relations across all investor relations activities. You will take ownership of marketing materials and support across due diligence processes and the management of DDQs and PPMs as well as supporting across co-investment opportunities. This is a full 360 IR role, one that will be well suited to someone who works well in lean team environments, has excellent organisational and communication skills and is analytically minded. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in the planning and project management of fundraising processes, including the development of materials (track record, case studies, DDQs, PPMs, onsite due diligence sessions, healthcare market research)
Lead in the preparation of the quarterly LP reports with the Finance and Investment teams to include researching, drafting and analysing industry data and portfolio developments / investment activity
Support on co-investment activities when appropriate. Reporting on co-investments with input from the finance and operations teams
Support on ESG activities / materials in coordination with investment and operations teams
Planning and execution of events such as LPAC meetings and the Annual Investor Meeting
YOUR PROFILE:
Excellent academic background is required
Experience in financial services, ideally in a technical position, for example, M&A, ECM, DCM, Equity Research or Transaction Services or Corporate Finance teams
Good understanding of financial statements and business performance drivers as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest or experience working in the healthcare space is additive but not a pre-requisite
