To support our growing activity in Europe, we are currently looking for a dynamic enthusiastic and experienced Management Consultant with a proven track record in Regulatory Management to join our Geneva office. More specifically we are looking for a colleague to work on and lead projects in the Wealth Management, on topics such as:
Large scale transformations programs
BPO initiatives
Strategy definition
Process & organization optimization
Regulatory transformations programs
Impact analysis on Business processes & Systems
Regulatory watch
Responsibilities:
Lead consultant teams and actively participate in creating value for our clients through various projects in Switzerland, as well as across Europe
Take ownership of project management, and play a role in managing client relationships
Contribute on our service offerings and participate in the pursuit of new business opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting internal projects, research and business development.
Requirements:
M.Sc. degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Engineering from a reputable Business School or Engineering School
4-6 years of experience in Consulting or Project Management in financial institutions. Whereof at least 3 years of work experience obtained in Switzerland
Knowledge about Financial Services, Wealth Management, their operating environment
Deep knowledge on regulatory topics such as: LSFIN, MIFIDII, SRD2, etc.
Rigorous project management skills and autonomy, able to navigate in a complex client organisation
Very good analytical and communication skills
Committed to the pursuit of a professional career in management consulting
Good network in the Financial Services in Western Switzerland
Fluent in French and English (both mandatory). German is a plus
